The Ground Game

If you listen to pundits they say Clinton will win because she has the better ground game – more TV advertising, more workers going door to door and more campaign offices open. In some respects, I see Trump’s ground game similar to that of Sampson. Single handedly Sampson took on the Philistines and said to them, “This time I have a right to get even with the Philistines; I will really harm them.” So he went out and caught three hundred foxes and tied them tail to tail in pairs. He then fastened a torch to every pair of tails, lit the torches and let the foxes loose in the standing grain of the Philistines. He burned up the shocks and standing grain, together with the vineyards and olive groves” (Judges 15:3-5 NIV).

Gail;

-----If by that analogy you refer to Trump’s “scorched earth policy”, then I fear Hillary’s lies have prevailed. I’ve been trying to find all this burned earth. But I just don’t see it. The only smoke I see in the air has come from the Clinton camp.
-----Saturday I got kind of stuck to one of Trump’s rallies. I couldn’t stop listening to his speech. He was saying everything I’ve wanted for twenty years to hear a politician say. The government establishment is corrupt. Who’s been awake here? Who’s being honest? Do we really need examples? Congressional jobs are now rated amongst the few least respected careers, battling bottom honors with, of course, the press. The press is as dishonest as the political establishment is corrupt. How do you think they’ve been able to support each other? I love it every time Trump swings that finger across the goons in the back, identifying them as the lying media, because I’ve been analyzing media lying for that long and then some. What? Is that scorched earth? It feels more to me like water poured on smoldering earth. It’s the lefty-liars who’re scorching our earth.
-----Look at what else turned up Sunday afternoon. Ole mainstay Comey with his familiar little, “Ain’t nothing’ to see here!” yodel. You mean nothing like the few emails on Weiner’s laptop regarding secretary of state business (forget “secret” classification.) ANY email (singular) not turned back to the FBI is a felony. And there it was, not turned back, just like those the FBI found before July 5th. Ya, the ones she said she turned back but were found not turned back. Perjury. Remember poor Scooter Libby? Martha Stewart? What’s so special about Hillary, and please don’t say, “OH! She’s running for president!” How stupidly deceitful! She lied. And, Hillary’s pertinent emails found on the Weiner laptop were not duplicates. Does America have enough thinking ability left to know what that means? Let me make it simple. It wasn’t on any Hillary machine. It was on the Weiner machine. All the Hillary machines not smashed with hammers stank of Bleachbit (the information scrubber, for whoever’s not been paying attention.) That only means Hillary scrubbed it, which scrubbing occurred after ALL her emails were subpoenaed. Obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence. There’s no need to go on, the reader either gets it or demonstrates an unwillingness to think.
-----And this is right where we are today. Thinking-America locked in the final battle for the country’s ruling soul with emoting-America. The Lord gave us thinking-Americans a bona fide chance for draining the swamp in the form of Obama’s dual-citizenship. We were too cowardly to invest ourselves into that battle like our forefathers courageously invested themselves into winning and founding this country. Obama has since demonstrated precisely why those founders denied the presidency to dual-citizens.
-----God gives us one last chance with the death of Janet Reno. The swamp drainer can tip the top court towards honest, upright, constructionist justices willing to rule meaning from the Constitution, rather than the conniving deceivers ruling out the Constitution which the swamp monster would appoint. Will America gratefully take this opportunity for repentance given to her, or will she go back to bed with the media liars and political hacks? We shall see how well she slept, or did else, Wednesday morning.

Love you all,
Steve Corey

PS

Oops! AG is not SC justice. When I heard "Janet Reno" on the news, I thought "Darth Bader Giinsberg" (and I kind of like Ms. Ginsberg, not as a SC justice, but as a person.) For a couple fleeting hours I had big hopes for a fast turn around (sorry Ms. Ginsberg, nothing personal meant.) Should have known it was too easy. But then, again, what will be easier than Jesus' return. He'll fix every system, AG too! I sincerely hope Janet knew Him.
