Leaving the Door Open
Many of us can relate to leaving an outside door open and someone yelling, “Close the door! Were you born in a barn?” Well, as a matter of fact, yes. Jesus was born in a barn and He left the Door open!

Gail; ----Jesus could leave the door of the barn open. There was nothing there of value for anyone to piledge, except Him. Of course, He is free for the taking anyway. It was only after the church organization became something of prestige, position, and wealth generation did the door acquire the need to be guarded. But even at that Jesus has lost nothing by a guarded door. For Jesus is not among the prestige, position, and wealth of the church. He is still free for the taking, and He is still found among those who gather in His character.
