According to
Paul believers get a crown that will last forever and, similar to our salvation,
most of us feel our crown is secure. However, when the Lord spoke to the church
in Philadelphia He said, “I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that
no one will take your crown” (Rev 3:11 NIV). It’s never occurred to me
that someone could take my crown. Now I have all kinds of questions. Who would
try to take my crown? Why do they want my crown? What exactly does a crown
thief look like?
