After the Fact

The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) thought Hilary Clinton would become President and now they are trying to justify their lack of action in the investigation of Clinton. Those in leadership positions are pointing a finger at one another and a TV commentator said, “It’s always difficult when you find courage after the fact.” Believers are not immune from such situations. As evidenced by Peter when he disowned Jesus three times, “Then he began to call down curses on himself and he swore to them, “I don’t know the man!” Immediately a rooster crowed. Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken: “Before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly” (Matt 26:74-75 NIV).
